General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use of the Multi-Distribution Industrielle Website

2. Orders and Payments All orders placed through our site are subject to acceptance and availability of products. The prices listed on our site are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes. Taxes will be added to the order according to the rate in effect at the place of delivery. 3. Shipping and Delivery Shipping costs calculated at the time of purchase are estimates. If the actual price differs, we will contact you to inform you. In case of a supplement, it must be paid before sending the order. If you refuse to pay the surplus, the order will be canceled and refunded. Multi-Distribution Industrielle cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or damaged packages. If your package is not picked up or is undeliverable by the carrier, reshipping costs will be charged to you.

4. Returns and Refunds All return requests must be made within 10 days of receiving the order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of an error on our part or a defective product. Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued according to the original payment method.
